A fan favourite, "Surgy" joined the 'Gers in the summer of 2015 following his departure from hometown side Ballymena United.
Having originally come in as a centre-midfielder, he soon dropped back to centre-half where he has played the majority of his over 200 games for the Club.
He has scored a couple of important goals during his time at Taylors Avenue; the equaliser against Ballinamallard United that preceded Miguel Chines' remarkable overhead kick in the last minute to avoid relegation and the opener in the play-off win against Ards which sealed a return to the top flight in 2019.
Now in his eighth season with the 'Gers, the ever-reliable defender still has plenty to offer on the pitch.
