Seaview to Start

99 days on from the ‘Gers second leg Promotion/Relegation Play-off victory over Annagh United at Taylors Avenue, a new league campaign gets underway this Saturday.

The ‘Gers travel to Seaview, with CRFC boss Stephen Baxter returning to Crusaders for the first time as the manager of the opposition.

It has been a busy summer for the Carrick boss, in the 14 weeks since the season ended, 8 new faces have arrived at Taylors Avenue, with 12 departing, including 2 retirements. 3 players signed contract extensions and there are some new faces amongst the First Team management structure too.

At Seaview, it has been as busy a summer window for Declan Caddell with 8 new faces in and 12 also departing.

All of Baxter’s new recruits have been heavily involved during pre-season, with Adam Lecky and Billy Joe Burns gaining valuable minutes in their returns from long term knee injuries. Nathan Gartside, Jimmy Callacher, Aidan Steele and Jack Scott could make their competitive debuts for Carrick, whilst Ryan Waide could add to his 14 appearances from a previous spell at the club. From the playing panel, Ethan Boyle remains ruled out after suffering a serious knee injury in March.

Your support, as always, would be greatly appreciated and below, you can find information for ticketing arrangements.
