Villagers the visitors

Our Sports Direct Premiership campaign continues with the visit of Loughgall to Taylors Avenue this afternoon.

The ‘Gers come in to the Gameweek 30 tie looking for a change of fortune having picked up four points from their last 10 league games, with their last win coming in the Irish Cup, over Ballinamallard United, at the start of February.

It’s a similar story for today’s opponents Loughgall, who are looking to pick up a first league point since December, which came when the sides last met, Nathan Gartside the hero on the day for the Lakeview Park men, twice saving from the penalty spot.

Like the ‘Gers, Loughall have enjoyed more success in the Irish Cup, their last win also coming at the start of February when they defeated Dollingstown to progress to the quarter finals.

Stephen Baxter will be hoping to turn things around for the men who currently sit in 11th position, frustratingly unable to capitalise on recent positive home performances against Coleraine, Larne and Ballymena United.

Your support, as always, would be greatly appreciated and below, you can find information for ticketing arrangements.
