Surgenor, now in his ninth season at the Loughview Leisure Arena, has been a top performer throughout the campaign and played his part in last month's victories at Glentoran and Dungannon Swifts.
While typically plying his trade at the heart of the defence, Surgenor has rolled back the years in midfield on occasion, too, providing invaluable leadership wherever he is positioned.
